Around Jinotepe
A captive monkey entertained many VOSH travelers on the daily walk from the hotel to the School/ Clinic Site.
The Cathedral in Jinotepe, only blocks from our hotel, has beautiful stained glass windows. Each window is constructed in three panels, with the center panel set in from the outer two, allowing the breeze to blow through the windows. The thick glass tiles are set in mortar, not lead or other metal. I would love to learn more about this stained glass technique.
