Final Letter
Dear Vosher,
As you read this I imagine you should be as ready as one can be for our long awaited trip to Nicaragua. For many of us preparation started back in July and it is a relief to be through the planning. With the advance trips of William Smith and Stu Zipper much of the work has already been done, well almost all of it. We are committed to seeing 800 people per day and I believe we can do it!
In an attempt to try to get a handle on this "Mega Mission" I have tried to give it just a little structure. I will need help in keeping my sanity, at least until we reach Montellimar so the following experienced missionaries will help by overseeing the following areas:

I have placed everyone in one of these six distinctive groups but there are no walls and you will be able to be involved in all the areas of the clinic you desire. I also selected rooms and tried to request the type of room you indicated. This is an attempt to avoid the 2 hour check in we experienced two years ago. Once we are checked in you can switch and swap. Stu has planned a wonderful diner for 60 at our hotel the first evening we arrive.
Those that have been to Central America before know that in spite of planning there will always be surprises. Things never work quite as well down there or at the rate we are accustomed to, thank God.
